Some individuals get to see the gruesome aspects of the system in place, be it willingly or unwillingly. While some feel from the start a thirst for power and control, others involuntarily find themselves in situations where there’s no turning back, where they subdue their minds and souls in exchange for a position inside a top-secret organization among “influential” characters.

Numerous people occupying  positions of power live with a shallow consciousness and eventually seek to escape from this prison of the mind. Some may seek the fast way out attempting suicide, but others will seek to bring into the open the concealed reality they were once part of. In such cases, these whistleblowers will be labeled as either delirious and absurd, or will sooner or later be silenced or put to their final rest.

Such is the case of Milton William Cooper, former member of the Intelligence Briefing Team of the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet. In his search for redemption and truth, he paid the ultimate price after disclosing information about top-secret governmental programs, institutions, extraterrestrials and UFOs.

On July 2, 1989, the former U.S. Navy member revealed highly classified material about a secret agency known as MAJIC 12, or MJ-12, while at a conference in Las Vegas Nevada.

At that time, the Navy felt like it didn’t receive a fair cut of the overall share, so they decided to take matters into their own hands and act accordingly. The matter at stake was the newly acquired alien technology resulted from reverse-engineering ‘toys’ held by certain governmental institutions in their secret locker room.

Before making available the information he had about the CIA, NSA, MJ-12 secret organization, US presidents, captured extraterrestrials, UFOs, as well as weapons of mass destruction, Cooper swore a solemn oath.

I, Milton William Cooper, do solemnly swear that the information contained in this file is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I swear that I saw this information in 1972 in the performance of my duties as a member of intelligence briefing team of the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet as a petty officer in the US Navy. 

I swear that I underwent hypnotic regression in order to make the information as accurate as possible. History will be the judge of me and this information and I have no fear of that judgement. I swear that this information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.”

Milton Cooper’s Testimonial:

• Project GRUDGE – Comprises 16 volumes of documented information gathered from the beginning of the United States’ investigation of UFOs and IAC – Identified Alien Crafts. The project was fueled by the CIA’s confidential funds obtained through the illicit drug trade.

The goal of project GRUDGE was to compile all scientific, technological, medical and intelligent information from various UFO and IAC sightings, plus the added bonus of alien life forms that were sometimes discovered inside. This luxuriant data collection has been utilized to advance the United States Space Program.

• The Jason Society was a secret elitist group authorized by Former President Eisenhower in order to dig through all the facts, evidence, technology, lies and deception and discover the true facet of the alien reality. The society was comprised of 32 of the most conspicuous men in the USA at that time.

The leadership of this organization was as it follows: Director of Central Intelligence, Allen Welsh Dulles, Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski, President of the Trilateral Commission from 1973 until 1976, and Dr. Henry Kissinger, coordinator of the scientific personnel.

The top 12 members were designated head of the MJ-12 control group that operated inside the Jason Society and had absolute control over affairs.

• MJ-12 assassinated President Kennedy when he threatened them that he will make the public aware of the alien and UFO reality. He was murdered by a secret service agent who was driving his car and this is clearly visible in the film withheld from public view.

The secret elites behind MJ-12 and the Jason Society had a secret facility in Maryland described as only accessible by air. It was known as “The Country Club” and contained full living, recreational and various other compartments designed for undisturbed team buildings.

• AQUARIUS – a project containing the known history of extraterrestrials on Earth, as well as their interaction with Homo sapiens for the last 25,000 years and culminating with the Basque people who live in the mountainous country on the border of France and Spain and the Syrians.

• POUNCE – was a project designed to recover all downed or crashed spacecraft and their load, including alien beings.

• REDLIGHT – a project aimed at flying recovered alien crafts. It was conducted at AREA 51 in Nevada. It received a boost when aliens gave us ‘saucers’ and helped us fly them. The initial project was somehow successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew up in the air and the pilots were killed. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens agreed to help us.

• LUNA – is the alien base on the dark side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by the Apollo Astronauts. A base, a mining operation with massive machines and a very large spacecraft described in sighting reports as a ‘Mothership’ exist there.

• EXCALIBUR – a weapon used to destroy alien underground facilities. It is a missile capable of penetrating 3,000+ feet of hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico with no operational damage.

• ALIENS – there were 4 types of ETs described in the papers:

1. The LARGE NOSED GREY with whom our species has a treaty.

2. The GREY reported in abductee cases that work for the Large Nosed Grey.

3. The blonde humanoids described as the NORDIC.

4. The red-haired humanoids called the ORANGE.

• EBE (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) – is the name given to the alien held hostage after the 1947 Roswell crash. It had later died in captivity.

• KRLL or KRLLL – was the hostage left with us at the first Holloman landing as a pledge that aliens would carry out their part of the basic agreement reached during the meeting. KRLL became sick and was nursed by Dr. G. Mendoza who became the expert in alien biology and medicine. KRLL later died.

• RELIGION – Extraterrestrials claim to have made Homo Sapiens through hybridization. The papers said that RH negative blood was proof of this. They further claimed to have designed all of our major religions. They displayed a hologram of the crucifixion of Christ which the Government filmed. They claimed that Jesus was created by them.

• ALIEN BASES – exist in the four corners area of Utah, Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico. Six bases were depicted in the 1972 papers, all of them found on native reservations and all in the four corners area.

• CRAFT RECOVERIES – The documents stated that many craft had been recovered. The early ones from Roswell, Texas, Mexico and other places.

• ABDUCTIONS – were happening long before 1972. The document read that humans and animals were being abducted and/or mutilated. Many disappeared without trace. They were collecting sperm and oval samples, tissue, performed surgical procedures, implanted a spherical device 40 to 80 microns in size near the optic nerve in the brain and all attempts to remove it resulted in the death of the patient. The document estimated that 1 in every 40 people had been implanted. The implant was said to give the aliens total control of the unaware humans.

William Cooper wasn’t exactly a forerunner of whistleblowers. In fact, many other military and governmental personnel had been terminated before their attempts of divulging this concealed reality.

Cooper was lucky enough to live and tell the tale, at least for a while, but he was eventually murdered on November 5, 2001, inside his house in Arizona. The ones who had delivered this deadly message were part of the Apache County Sherrif Department.

You need cold blood to become a whistleblower even today, but at least learning from the past mistakes of those brave forerunners can make a difference of life and death. The road has been paved to make way for novel and controversial insight into the secret world of the elites. Whatever we’re going to discover in the upcoming future, we can only guess, but the possibilities seem without boarders.

While for some of us it’s undeniable that extraterrestrial beings exist somewhere in the cosmos, there are others who claim these beings are already aware of our existence and could even walk among us or live inside fabled inner realms of the Earth.

Some of those who assert the above have reputable backgrounds and have also worked in various environments related to either space exploration or intelligence services.

Some of these people from which we’ll remind further on have stated that the transition between 2010 and 2020 is crucial for human society because it will reveal the final evidence regarding intelligent life forms that have been, and are still visiting this planet. Alfred Webre offers relevant details about this in an interview for a reputed Spanish publication – La Vanguardia. Webre is the international Director of the Institute for Cooperation in Space (ICIS) and he is inclined towards preserving the human species by trying to avert space weaponization.

His main aim is to radically change the global war economy and turn it into a prudent and cooperative space-age structure focused on building a democratic space faring society that would ultimately integrate with an intergalactic group of intelligent beings.

With this in mind, learn how Webre is contributing in moulding this ideal new generation of earthlings from his interview with La Vanguardia.

INTERVIEW:

I am 67 years old. I was born on a naval base in Florida during the Second World War. I live in Vancouver. I am a Doctor of Laws and a judge in the Kuala Lumpur Court of Justice for war crimes, I am married, I have a son and two stepdaughters. We live in a universe of intelligent origin.There is evidence that there are ethical civilizations more advanced than our own, who participate in our developmental process.

La Vanguardia: Give me evidence.

Webre: Declarations of The United States government employees who have testified their participation in secret programs of relations with certain extraterrestrial civilizations.

La Vanguardia: This means that we have already made contact with the extraterrestrials?

Webre: Yes, according to those witnesses, the United States government has been working with them secretly since the 1950s. Andrew Basiago, son of a CIA official, was enrolled at the age of seven in a secret program for super-gifted children who were trained to be ambassadors before the extraterrestrial race.

La Vanguardia: Any contact?

Webre: There has been a meeting with 3 astronauts from the planet Mars. In January 2009, the CIA employee Virginia Olds confirmed that CIA knows there is a humanoid civilization living under the surface of Mars.

We think that in the year 9500 B.C. fragments of the Vela supernova entered the solar system and destroyed the ecology on Mars. The Martians, 1.500 years more ethically and technologically advanced than us humans, sheltered underground.

La Vanguardia: There are three astronauts who assert to have seen extraterrestrial life.

Webre: Yes, Buzz Aldrin who travelled aboard the Apollo 11 said that when they arrived on the Moon in 1969, there were two large extraterrestrial ships around the great crater, his version was verified by high NASA officials.

La Vanguardia: I am amazed.

Webre: Doctor Steven Greer, director of the Disclosure Project, has gathered more than 500 testimonies from military, government and intelligence of high rank that are witness to the extraterrestrial presence and they were made public in May 2009, in the National Press Club of Washington.

La Vanguardia: Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Peru have released their UFO records.

Webre: Recently, so did France, Sweden and Denmark, and the United Kingdom that brought to light 7.200 UFO files compiled by D155, a secret unit of the Ministry of Defense.

La Vanguardia: Why not divulge the life on Mars?

Webre: Because of political reasons. We are going to insert a question invoking the freedom of information laws, so that NASA admits the intelligent life on Mars.

La Vanguardia: And the Martians, why don’t they appear in society?

Webre: Our planet is one of a low order and we assume it is under a quarantine that is imposed by the government of the universe.

La Vanguardia: And this quarantine ends now…

Webre: We think that the ethical extraterrestrial civilizations have used the UFO phenomenon to acclimatize us to their existence, and that between 2010 and 2020 we can start having open relationships with these civilizations.

La Vanguardia: So the first contact will occur with the Martians?

Webre: Yes, because there are many mutual benefits, they can give us technologies and knowledge, and we have a precious green planet they can migrate to.

Inspired by the courageous whistleblower Bob Lazar – the man who worked on reverse engineering ET technology at top-secret S4 facility near Area 51, a brigadier general from South Africa showed up on one of Art Bell’s podcast in 2004 to disclose even more mind-blowing stuff about extraterrestrials, UFOs and secret government organizations.

The entire event happened in 1992, the night when the general was on command duty at a secret Air Force base located somewhere out on the ocean. Although his main profession was that of a marine engineer, he was put in charge of the Air Force base because of his rank and because he was attached to the special Ops and special units of the South African army.

A brigadier general is among the lowest ranking general officer, but nevertheless a senior rank in the armed forces. When appointed to a field command, a brigadier general is in charge of a brigade. That November night, the general was responsible for anything that came and went by the Air Force base.

When two flying objects appeared on ground radar, he sent an F1 Mirage to investigate the sighting. Upon reaching the scene, the pilot saw that one of the objects changed course and decided to follow the other one. He described the craft as disk-shaped and with no visible weapons in sight. The UFO was flying at about 700 miles an hour.

The brigadier general asked the pilot of the Mirage to open fire because the UFO could put in danger the ground troops deployed in the vicinity of the base, so the pilot followed orders and aimed at it. After being hit, the unidentified craft “bounced around like a ball” from right to left until it hit the ground.

After reaching the crash site, the brigadier general noticed a circular disk-shaped object around 12 foot in diameter that was glowing in every color of the rainbow. It took five hours for it to cool down and stop illuminating, but even after this it provoked cramps when touched, similar to a bee sting.

As the morning was breaking, one of the lieutenants from ground patrol saw that the hatch had opened up. He got closer to inspect the interior and noticed that two childlike humanoids were present inside. His first remark was that “they must have been burnt because they’re grey as hell.” Since they were really close to an unsafe boarder, the brigadier general had the UFO dragged to the base using a diesel truck, while the grey beings remained inside.

After three days from the incident, the general was assigned a new mission. He had to carry the UFO together with the bizarre creatures to “where they belonged,” so a plane was made ready for him and his team to depart for the USA.

Just before takeoff, the brigadier general ordered one of the men to open up the body bags with the two beings. He then had a glance inside and saw these bizarre grey humanoids with long fingers and eyes bigger than those of any human. He than had the body bags zipped tight.

Tip of the iceberg came during the flight when one of the greys had woken up. At this point, everyone on board freaked out and one of the men knocked the creature off with the back of his gun. All the way to Washington the entire crew was really distressed. Upon landing into the US, they had the entire load moved onto a cargo jet which departed before they could. After another 50 minutes they were free to fly back home.
